Overview
After your order ships, you can track its progress using the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email. This article explains how to find and use your tracking information.
Before you begin
You’ll need:
- Your order number, or
- Your customer number
Track your order
- Check your email for a shipping confirmation message from Zen Garden Help Center.
- Find the tracking number in the email.
- Click the tracking link, if one is included.
- If there is no link, copy the tracking number.
- Visit the carrier’s website.
- Enter your tracking number to view the latest delivery status.
Where to find tracking information
Your tracking information may appear in:
- Your shipping confirmation email
- Your account order history, if you have an account
- Your order status page, if available
If your tracking number is not working
If your tracking number does not show any updates:
- Wait 24 to 48 hours after shipping for the tracking to update
- Confirm that you entered the number correctly
- Check whether the package has already been delivered
- Contact support if the issue continues
